Snow Globe animation

A looped animation meshes technical flourish and strong brand and campaign alignment.

I employed multiple effects to make the blood types fall like snow in 3D and create the sphere and room reflection.

Challenge We received a request to create a social media graphic featuring a winter scene of a town in a snow globe. The clever twist: instead of snow, blood types (for example, AB- and O+) would fall on the scene.
Solution Developing this animation required me to research and experiment to achieve pitch-perfect results. I took care to focus not only on the technical challenges but also on tone appropriate to the holiday spirit and the brand. Instead of a generic village scene, I had the blood types fall on a village from the organization’s current winter campaign and snapped the colors to the campaign’s palette.
Result The graphic received universal acclaim from my department and the client. When posted on Facebook, the graphic received more than 200 likes.
